As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Tall Cop Says Stop, Jessica plays a vital leadership role and is responsible for managing the organization’s daily operations, fostering strategic growth, and ensuring the continued success of its mission to educate and empower communities against substance misuse. The COO works closely with the founder, Jermaine Galloway, to expand the company's reach and impact.

Marla Burch - Director of Operations
With over 35 years of experience in business, management, and finance, Marla Burch brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every role she takes on. Her career includes 20 years in the medical industry and a successful chapter as the CEO of her own business, The Administrative Edge, LLC. For the past decade, she focused on the financial sector, most recently serving as the Business and Finance Manager for two high schools in Kuna, Idaho.
Marla is known for her meticulous attention to detail, organizational strength, and ability to streamline processes for maximum efficiency. She is passionate about delivering exceptional results and works hard to ensure every client receives thoughtful, reliable, and personalized service. Her commitment to quality and long-term success drives her work every day.

Alice Mickelson - Marketing Manager
With over 16 years of experience in education and community engagement, Alice brings a unique blend of creativity, strategy, and connection to her role as Marketing Manager at Tall Cop Says Stop™. She specializes in building bridges between people and resources, developing eye-catching graphics, and crafting impactful marketing strategies that amplify the Tall Cop message nationwide. Her passion for law enforcement and community education drives her work, ensuring every campaign connects with both heart and purpose.

With more than 10 years of experience supporting executives, recruitment teams, and growing organizations, Jeanne brings a strong background in operations, client service, and project coordination to her role as Client & Operations Coordinator at Tall Cop Says Stop. She oversees client communications, webinar logistics, resource coordination, marketing support, and administrative processes that help ensure a seamless experience for partners and attendees.
Jeanne is passionate about creating organized systems, improving workflows, and delivering exceptional service behind the scenes. Her attention to detail, proactive mindset, and collaborative approach help support the Tall Cop mission of educating and empowering communities across the country. She also enjoys giving back by supporting various charities and initiatives that promote access to education and opportunities for students.
