Mark Ybarra

I first attended a Tall Cop workshop in a neighboring district and learned so much. Since then, I asked Jermaine to speak at our Service Center to administrators, nurses, counselors, SROs, and school safety personnel. His sessions consistently attract large attendances with many positive comments. I learn something new each time I hear Jermaine speak and will continue to attend his courses. I appreciate his knowledge and contributions to the ever-changing topic of student e-cigarette use and current drug trends.
