In a day and age where instant gratification comes in many forms, it was refreshing to have Rich Grosfelt (ret. DEA) of Tall Cop Says Stop visit our school for an assembly via our local ASAAP Organization in Hastings, Nebraska. Rich was raw, direct, and very informative for not only our kids but our staff. We appreciated his willingness to not sugarcoat the social, emotional, and physical effects that drugs and alcohol have on a person. I think it hit home with many of our students that instant gratification oftentimes leads to more severe consequences for everyone.
