Israel Morrow

Assistant Director Israel Morrow began his career with the North Carolina Alcohol Law Enforcement Division in 2005 as a Special Agent in Raleigh and later served on the Raleigh/Durham FBI Safe Streets Task Force. Throughout his career, he has held multiple leadership roles, including Assistant Special Agent in Charge and Special Agent in Charge, and was appointed Assistant Director for Operations in 2020. In this role, he oversees eight district offices statewide, along with the ALE K-9 Program, Technical Surveillance Unit, and Special Response Team.

With more than two decades of experience in alcohol law enforcement and regulatory oversight, Morrow provides in-depth training on alcohol compliance, regulatory enforcement, illegal outlets, ownership investigations, and interagency operations. His extensive field and executive experience allows him to deliver practical, real-world instruction that supports both enforcement and regulatory professionals.

Morrow is a Past President and current two-term Executive Board member of the National Liquor Law Enforcement Association. He holds an MBA in Strategic Leadership and has completed advanced leadership training through West Point, UNC, and the FBI-LEEDA Executive Leadership Program.
